ARTICLE X Rules of Order
SECTION 1.
At Club meetings, the order of business as far as the character and nature of the meeting may permit, shall be as follows:
- Roll Call
- Minutes of last meeting
- Report of the President
- Report of the Secretary
- Report of the Treasurer
- Report(s) of the Committee(s) & Delegates
- Elections of Officers
- Unfinished business
- New Business
- Adjournment
SECTION 2.
At Board meetings, the order of business, unless otherwise directed by majority vote of those present, shall be the same as in Section 1 with the exception of Roll Call being unnecessary.
