ARTICLE IX Dissolution
SECTION 1.
The club may be dissolved at any time by the written consent of ninety percent (90%) of the membership.
SECTION 2.
In the event of the dissolution of the Club, none of the property of the Club nor any assets of the club shall be distributed to any Club member. After payment of the debts, the Clubs property and assets shall be given to one or more organizations selected by the membership for the benefit of coursing hounds, oval/uval track racing, LGRA, or NOTRA.
