ARTICLE VIII Amendments
SECTION 1.
Proposed changes to these Constitution and By-laws must be submitted to the Board in writing and if approved by a majority of the Board shall be presented to the general membership.
SECTION 2.
The Constitution and/or By-laws may be amended by a two-thirds (2/3) majority vote of the membership in good standing.
